Return Policy

All our products are custom-made specifically for you. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on personalized items. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.

  • Damages and Issues:
    • Upon delivery, we kindly ask you to inspect your order and contact us immediately at [email protected] if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • To proceed with a resolution, please document the issue with the courier at the time of delivery or provide clear evidence of the defect or damage.

If the issue is confirmed, we will resend your order at no additional cost.


Exchange Policy

Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges. If there is a problem with your order due to damage, defects, or errors, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution as outlined under the Damages and Issues section.
